Palladium Pro Terms and Conditions

This document contains the terms and conditions applicable to Palladium Pro, Palladium Hotel Group's loyalty and marketing program aimed at retail travel agents and event organizers, the purpose of which is to reward and/or reward the work of prescribing the Palladium Hotel Group's hotel establishments detailed in point 2.b. (the "Hotels"), executed by the members of the program.

Palladium Pro is hereinafter referred to as the "Program".

Members of the Program will be referred to individually as "Palladium Pro Members" and collectively as "Palladium Pro Members".

It is hereby stated that the Program is owned by Palladium Gestión, S.L.U., a Spanish company, domiciled at Avda. Bartolomé Roselló, 18; 07800 Ibiza, Balearic Islands, Spain, which exclusively holds all the rights over the Program ("Palladium").

 

1. Registration and participation in the Program

Natural persons over 18 years of age who work for travel or event agencies, legally constituted according to the legislation of their country of residence, as travel agents and/or event organizers and who have read and accepted these terms and conditions, may be part of the Program.

Travel agents who are part of wholesale agencies, tour operators or online travel agencies are not eligible for the Program.

Enrollment in the Program is free of charge. Any individual who meets the requirements for participation may apply for registration in the Program through the link www.palladiumpro.com.

Once registered in Palladium Pro, you will be assigned a unique identifier associated with your account, personal and non-transferable, and you will have access to your personal area, where you will have all the information related to your activity, registered reservations, agency data and personal data.

Membership in Palladium Pro also entails registration in Palladium Rewards, a program that rewards the stays and consumption of its members in the hotel establishments under the management of Palladium or its business group, through the assignment of Rewards points that, in turn, can be exchanged for stays and consumption in such establishments. The operation of Palladium Rewards is governed by the terms and conditions whose updated and current version is available at https://www.palladiumhotelgroup.com/es/rewards/conditions. When you create an account in Palladium Rewards you will also be assigned a unique, personal and non-transferable identifier associated with your account in that program.

The Palladium Pro Member shall inform and request the updating of the account information of both the agency and the Palladium Pro Member, if applicable, and shall be solely responsible for ensuring that such information is correct and up to date.

The Palladium Pro Member will not be able to redeem the rewards until their data has been validated and, therefore, they have received confirmation of their definitive enrollment in the Program.

Palladium Pro Members are responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of the Program, as well as accessing account summaries and other communications that Palladium may make regarding the Program in order to know, at all times, their rights, responsibilities and status in the Program.

 

1.1. Conditions of participation

A valid e-mail address is required to enroll in the Program. Palladium Pro Members may only have one active account with a valid e-mail address and accumulate Rewards points in that single account.

The benefits of the Program may not be accumulated with other benefits on any other existing card or program.

The main value that the Program brings to Palladium Pro Members is to benefit from exclusive promotions, communicated to Palladium Pro Members in a direct and personalized way. Therefore, in order to facilitate access to the exclusive conditions offered by the Program, Palladium Pro Members can only have an active account with an email address where they can be kept informed.

Accounts that individually concentrate the activity of several agents within the Program are not allowed. The account may only have a single account holder; co-account holders will not be accepted within the same account. Palladium reserves the right to apply exceptions based on commercial criteria.

Modification of personal account data can only be made with the approval of Palladium Pro's management.

In order to keep the account active, the Palladium Pro Member must register at least one (1) basic Rewards point movement in the last twenty-four (24) months.

Palladium reserves the right to suspend the account if there has been no accumulation of basic Rewards points for a period of twenty-four (24) months or more. Suspension of the account will result in the automatic loss of all benefits associated with membership in the Program.

Cancelled reservations shall not be considered for the purposes of this clause, regardless of whether they involve the disbursement of non-refundable amounts by the end customer.

For the reactivation of the suspended account it will be necessary to send by email a confirmation with full name of the client, date of travel and Hotel of a confirmed reservation within the previous twenty-four (24) months.

 

1.2. Termination of participation in the Program

  • Termination by the Palladium Pro Member

The Palladium Pro Member may cancel his or her Program account without just cause. To do so, you must take into account that confirming your cancellation in the system will imply the loss of all rewards, as well as the benefits of the Program. In case of re-registration in the future, you will not be able to recover the rewards accumulated during the previous period(s) of membership in the Program, but you will be able to recover your previous Palladium PRO ID.

To cancel your account, the Palladium Pro Member must use the "Cancel" option in the "My Account" section of the website.

  • Discharge by Palladium

Palladium reserves the right to terminate the Palladium Pro Member's account in case of suspected fraud or misuse of the Program.

Palladium may temporarily or indefinitely suspend, at its discretion, the option to receive rewards in the event that the account holder is found not to be a travel agent, event organizer or belongs to a wholesale agency or TTOO.

Palladium may terminate an account whenever the above rewards expiration and/or account inactivity options occur.

Likewise, Palladium reserves the right to suspend or cancel, at its sole discretion, the account of any Palladium Pro Member in the event that, in its judgment, the Member makes improper use of the account to obtain and/or redeem Rewards points. In the event of suspension or cancellation of the account due to inappropriate or improper use of the card or Rewards points earned, no new requests for registration in the Program will be accepted.

Unsubscribing from the Program does not imply unsubscribing from Palladium Rewards. If a user wishes to unsubscribe from Palladium Rewards, he/she will have to follow the processes described in the Palladium Rewards terms and conditions.

 

1.3. Modification of Program conditions

As the holding company of the Program, Palladium, reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions and to add, modify or delete any rules, conditions, benefits or rewards corresponding to the Program, with or without prior notice, even though the changes may affect the value of rewards, confirmations or reward certificates already accrued.

Palladium may join the Program with "participating companies" (the "Partners"). The Partners will make available certain services whose consumption may generate or be redeemed for rewards, and offer exclusive advantages for Palladium Pro Members. The applicable conditions for each product/service offered by the Partners may be modified without prior notice, the Rewards points or exclusive advantages that will be associated with the Program must be consulted by the Palladium Pro Members prior to the performance of actions to obtain/redeem rewards from the Program.

3. Program Rewards

The purpose of the Program is to reward and/or reward with Rewards points to Palladium Pro Members for the sales of stays in the Hotels adhered to the Program. The conversion value of Rewards points is 250 Rewards points = 1 Euro / 1 USD, depending on the place of residence of the Palladium Pro Member.

Rewards points can be basic or promotional:

  • Basic Rewards Points: will be obtained only for the registration of reservations made for clients in the Hotels adhered to the Program.
  • Promotional Rewards Points: are those that will be obtained for special promotions, or for participation in challenges, rankings, courses, reviews and inviting another professional. Promotional Rewards points can only be redeemed by transferring them to the Palladium Rewards program, in no case can they be redeemed in the Gift Card option.

Palladium reserves the right to award promotional Rewards points at its sole discretion for any other activity under the Program.

 

4. Benefits

Benefits are personal and non-transferable, and apply only to the account holder.

Access to travel agent rate:

  • The travel agent rate is a specially discounted rate that Palladium Pro Members will be able to access through their Palladium Rewards account when managing their personal reservations.
  • The ability to redeem rewards or book at the Palladium Rewards travel agent rate may not be active during certain periods or offers, and may not be combinable with existing offers.
  • The places to which the travel agent rate is applicable are limited. In the event that there is no availability of places to which the travel agent rate applies in the accommodation in question, the agent will be informed within a maximum of seven (7) working days from the date of formalization of the reservation.
  • The discount associated with the travel agent rate will only apply to a maximum of two (2) rooms per reservation.
  • The Palladium Pro Member can make use of the Travel Agent Rate as long as the reservation is in his/her name and he/she will be one of the persons staying at the Hotel. Identification will be required at the time of check in.
  • Redemption of rewards for stays is subject to availability at the Hotel at the time of reservation request, and applies only to the room type available through the Program. Not all room types at the different Hotels will be available at the travel agent rate.
  • The Palladium Pro Member will not be able to use rewards to pay for travel agent rate stays once they are already at the Hotel, they will have to do it through Palladium Rewards at the time of booking the accommodation.
  • The Palladium Pro Member may cancel the reservation processed at the people's rate up to seven (7) days prior to check-in at no cost. After seven (7) days, one night will be charged as a penalty.
  • In case of no show, the Palladium Por Member shall pay the full cost of the stay.

Palladium Rewards offers Palladium Pro Members a series of benefits that will improve according to their Palladium Rewards card level.

5. Earning Rewards points in Palladium Pro

Rewards points will be accrued in the Palladium Pro Member's account for all stays booked for their customers who meet the conditions of the Program. Rewards points will not be accrued for bookings prior to the date of joining the Program.

Rewards points earned will be accumulated in accordance with the criteria applicable at any given time, which are available at www.palladiumpro.com

Reservations in the Hotels adhered to the Program

Reservations made by Palladium Pro Members for their clients may be registered in the Program from the moment the reservation is formalized until thirty (30) days after the check out date of the Hotel clients.

The reservations registered in the Palladium Pro Member's account will appear in the "My Points" section in "pending" status with an estimate of the Rewards points to be received for each reservation, and once the clients check out, it will change to confirmed status and the Rewards points will be delivered.

Each night's stay will be rewarded according to an automatic calculation made at the sole discretion of the Program at the time a reservation is entered.

A group reservation will be considered a reservation that includes ten (10) or more rooms under the same locator. In any case, the amount of Rewards points earned for each group reservation processed by the agent will be limited to a maximum of 150,000 Rewards points.

Palladium reserves the right to change the authorized booking channels without prior notice. These are currently those where there is the intervention of an agency with the final client.

Hotel reservations made by the Palladium Pro Member through the direct channel, i.e. within the Program, will generate twice as many rewards as reservations made through third parties.

Reservations made by a direct client, with travel agent rate, gratuity or special rate do not participate, may not be registered in the Program, doing so will be considered as a misuse and this fact may be cause for suspension or cancellation of the account.

MICE & Weddings in the Hotels adhered to the Program

Palladium Pro Members will be rewarded for the marketing of events or weddings in the Hotels adhered to the Program. The reward criteria applicable at any given time are available at www.palladiumhotelgroup.com.

In any case, the amount of Rewards points earned for each event or wedding booking processed by the agent will be limited to a maximum of 150,000 Rewards points.

Events or weddings, registered in the Palladium Pro Member's account, will appear in the "My Points" section in "pending" status with an estimate of the Rewards points to be received for each event or wedding, and once the event or wedding is completed, the event or wedding will change to confirmed status and the Rewards points will be awarded.

Canceled events or weddings will not accrue Rewards points regardless of whether or not they involve the disbursement of non-refundable amounts by the end customer.

Special promotions and other actions.

Palladium reserves the right to launch campaigns and initiatives that generate rewards within the framework of the Program, in addition to the mechanisms for generating rewards referred to in the preceding paragraphs. The terms and conditions applicable to such campaigns and initiatives will be promptly communicated by Palladium.

Palladium reserves the right to establish special conditions derived from commercial agreements.

They will not generate rewards under the Program:

  • Reservations with travel agent rate or special discount.
  • Reservations prior to the date of enrollment in the Program that are outside the thirty (30) day period for the registration of the reservation referred to above.
  • Reservations made directly by the end customer.
  • Reservations made through the direct channels of Palladium Hotel Group.
  • Stays that are offered free of charge.
  • Palladium Travel Club Reservations.
  • Reservations made through Palladium Rewards
  • Reservations for cancelled or no-show stays, events or weddings, whether or not they involve the payment of non-refundable amounts by the end customer.
  • Reservations previously registered by another agent
  • Reservations registered after the deadline stipulated by the Program

 

6. Redeeming Rewards points in Palladium Pro

Palladium Pro Members can redeem the rewards available in their account. They will be able to check the Rewards points available in the "Balance" section of the website.

The base currency for rewards earned is euro/dollar, depending on the jurisdiction in which the Palladium Pro Member is located.

Rewards are not transferable to any other account/person inside or outside the Program.

Within the Program there will be two ways to redeem Rewards points:

  • Gift Card Redemption: Redemption through the request of a Gift Card will be limited to those Palladium Pro Members who have a minimum of 35,000 base Rewards points and at least one (1) base Rewards point movement in their account. Promotional Rewards points may not be redeemed for the Gift Card. Redemption terms and conditions are available at www.palladiumpro.com. Upon redemption, use of the Gift Card will be subject to the terms and conditions of the card provider.

Once the Rewards points are redeemed, they will be deducted from the available balance. The redemption of Rewards points into gift cards is irreversible.

Redemption, through Palladium Rewards, in stays at the Hotels adhered to the Program: Consists of the redemption of rewards for accommodation and consumption in the Hotels adhered to the Program. The conditions for the redemption of the Program's rewards in Rewards points are set forth in www.palladiumpro.com. The redemption and generation of Rewards points is governed by the terms and conditions of Palladium Rewards.

Once the transfer of rewards to Palladium Rewards has been made, the amount of Rewards points redeemed will be deducted from the balance available in the "My Points" section and cannot be rolled back, i.e., they cannot be transferred from Palladium Rewards to Palladium Pro.

Actions NOT allowed for redemption:

  • Rewards may not be redeemed for group bookings, weddings, events, meetings or banquets, or any other type of booking other than for the enjoyment of the Palladium Pro Member.
  • Rewards cannot be transferred between different accounts within Palladium Pro.

 

7. Expiration of Rewards points in Palladium Pro

The expiration of Rewards points will depend on the type of point:

Expiration of basic Rewards points:

Rewards points will expire twelve (12) months from the date of the last movement. To be active means to have at least one (1) basic Rewards points earning transaction.

As soon as a base Rewards point earning is made , the expiration of all base Rewards points is updated and will be available for an additional twelve (12) months.

If the Palladium Rewards Member has no activity in his/her account in twelve (12) months (basic Rewards points earning movement) the status of his/her basic Rewards points will become expired through an automatic process on the platform and all available basic Rewards points will be lost. Palladium Pro Members will have information about the expiration date of their Rewards points balance and movements at www.palladiumpro.com.

Expiration of promotional Rewards points:

Promotional Rewards points have a specific expiration date depending on the promotion in question. The expiration date will be available in the "My Transactions" section of the Program account.

When the expiration date of a set of promotional Rewards points arrives, those points will expire and will no longer be available in the Palladium Pro Member's account.

Earning promotional Rewards points will not update the expiration date of basic Rewards points.

 

8. Claiming Rewards points

Rewards points will take approximately three (3) business days from the date of check-out to be reflected in the Palladium Pro Member's account.

If this is not the case, the Palladium Pro Member may reclaim the unscored Rewards points through the contact form available at www.palladiumpro.com.

The Palladium Pro Member shall be entitled to claim rewards not reflected in his/her Program account after three (3) business days from the check-out date of the reservation in question and up to three (3) months after the check-out date at the Hotel of the reservation in question. Any claim for Rewards points that is executed outside this period will not be valid.

 

9. Program Cancellation

Palladium reserves the right to cancel the Program, with one (1) month's notice prior to the effective date of cancellation, in order to allow Palladium Pro Members sufficient time to redeem their rewards through the Palladium Rewards program only.

Once this period has elapsed, Palladium Gestión, S.L.U. and any company of its corporate group will be exempt from any liability to the Palladium Pro Member due to the Program.

The Program may be cancelled without the notice referred to in the preceding paragraph, if circumstances of force majeure or legal requirements prevent its continuity or development.

11. Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the Laws of the Kingdom of Spain, with the Spanish version prevailing over all other translations. Palladium Pro Members shall assume the responsibility derived from the use of the Program in their respective countries of residence according to the local legislation applicable in each case.

For any question that may arise in relation to the interpretation and application of these terms and conditions, the parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Ibiza, Balearic Islands, Spain.Privacy Policy
